We had a fantastic experience renting a bouncy house from this small family business run by Isabel and her father. From start to finish everything went smoothly. Isabel was wonderful to work with, she responded to our messages quickly, confirmed the details a week before the event and arrived right on time on the day of. She and her father set up the bouncy house efficiently with no issues or surprises. Penny Parties prices were also the most affordable comparing to other SF Rec & Parks approved vendors. This was our first time renting a bouncy house and it couldn't have gone better. The whole process was stress-free and the kids had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

Penny Parties really saved the day for our party! I was looking for a bouncy castle about a week before my event and with my research, this was the most cost effective option for us. Isabel was extremely responsive, helpful, and trustworthy. Two days before the event, Isabel double checked with us on the weather and we were off to the races! She arrived early to set up and was on time for the take down. It only took maybe 15 minutes to fully set up and 15 minutes to clean up. The bouncy castle itself was perfect, it fit everyone (within reason). Even the adults got to enjoy the bouncy castle! We had no problems, no complaints and everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend booking Penny Parties!

Excellent experience renting from Penny Parties! I would recommend her for any party you have. She was very responsive, diligent, and flexible with our schedules. The bouncer was amazing, we had a total of 24 kids at our party and they didn't leave the bouncer for 3 hours straight. Isabel and her team picked up without a hitch.
